Urvi Mehta from Ellicott City, MD, serves as our talented Business Administrator. She brings a unique blending of creative insight and administrative expertise to our team. Her professional journey began in the field of architecture. Her experience in healthcare design sparked her passion for creative problem-solving. Driven by a desire to impact individuals on a more personal level, she successfully transitioned into dental administration.

Outside the office, Urvi is a vibrant individual who channels her creativity into painting and singing. She enjoys exploring nature trails and unwinding with a good movie. She is also an avid fan of flavorful Indian street food.

Erin, a Registered Dental Hygienist from Baltimore, MD, brings both skill and heart to every patient interaction. Her journey into dentistry began with a nudge from her childhood dentist, who told her she had the brains for dental care—and he was right! Before that, her earliest jobs included babysitting and working as a salad bar clerk at Giant Food.

Outside the office, Erin enjoys gardening, exploring nature, and taking spontaneous day trips with her husband and teens. A proud Irish Aries with a serious sweet tooth, she’s been to Prince Edward Island three times and never says no to Mediterranean cuisine.
